SHRED WORKOUT ROUTINES HOW-TO: CHEST AND TRICEPS


Wide shoulder push-ups

Close Grip Bench Press
 
Narrow Pushups

Dumbbell Bench Press


Seated Triceps Extensions
Jumping Jacks

Pace yourself, listen to your body. If you need rest, stop for a minute or two but NEVER QUIT!! Don't forget to drink water.
