
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- Sliced chicken or turkey (grilled or steamed)
Directions
- Wash and peel the cucumber.
- Cut off the ends of the cucumber.
- Slice the cucumber thinly, but not too thin, so that you can roll it
- Place a slice of meat on the cucumber, then top with a slice of avocado.
- Roll the cucumber up and enjoy!
