BANANA PROTEIN WAFFLES

We love bananas. So we're a little obsessed with any healthy recipe that contains them. Still on the mission to find you delicious healthy meals without the calorie monster. We present this very easy to make "Banana protein waffles"

BANANA PROTEIN WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS

1 whole egg
1/2 a large banana 
1 Scoop whey protein powder
1/4 cup (66ml) of milk
1/3 cup  oats
1tsp Baking powder


INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all the ingredients together and cook inside a waffle iron.

16.3g protein
4.7g fat
2.15g fiber!
